Ordering

| You can order our books in
two ways:

 ORDERING
BY E-MAIL Simply send us your order by e-mail including your contact info
(name, e-mail, telephone, address and your order). Your mail
will be replied as soon as we receive your order.

ORDERING BY PAYPAL
Simply use "Add to cart" link
and fill in the contact form. But you need to have a Paypal
account to pay by Paypal. You will then receive our e-mail
including the details of your order. |

| For payment methods, we
use the following service for orders from Turkey.

WIRE TRANSFER On
receiving your order mail, we will send
our bank account number to you to complete the payment and shipping. For orders in Turkey, we
prefer wire transfer, because it is user-friendly and
easy to use, available 24 hours, accessible all over
the world, controlled by you
and secure.

to your order mail before you pay for your order.
Please remember to type "book
order" when you transfer money for
your orders.
The currency used in the
shopping cart is YTL (New Turkish Lira), but you can also pay in EURO and USD. To convert to another form of
currency we recommend using Yahoo's
Currency Conversion Tool
Your
banking order must be given to your bank within the 5 working days on the
bank account, following your order. If
not, we will have to cancel your order. |

| When we see your
payment on our account, we will begin shipping your order and you will be
notified via email.

Shipping is
at customer's expense.
Most orders are shipped
within 24 hours.
For orders in Turkey,
we use Aras
Kargo (www.arascargo.com) Shipping charge is paid at delivery.
We keep all of the
books listed on our website in stock at all times, and should be
able to ship it out within 24-48 hours. If for some reason we do run
out of an item, we will contact you to let you know. |
